In 2024, I founded Ms Matter Ltd to help organizations build unshakeable authority through rigorous systems. My approach is unique because we bridge two demanding worlds.

The first is grounded industrial practice. I implement strategies proven in the high-pressure environments of semiconductor fabs, military & defence sector, and automotive projects.

The second world is high-level mentoring and elite standards. As an accredited Lead Auditor and mentor, I constantly sharpen the benchmarks for excellence within networks like the Women Automotive Network.

My time at the Silesian University of Technology provided the foundational technical literacy required to master complex, high-consequence industrial processes.
